Last day today but we get a full day on the water as the transport doesn't leave until 5.30pm. Went for Goya FW85 and Superstar 5.3 and spent most of the day on the water. Gave up on the vulcans as I think I've pulled a muscle in my thigh. Loads of 360's etc.

Ricardo Campello was out with Ben from the centre duelling with latest freestyle moves. At one point Ricardo chop hopped off flat water and flew past me at head height. Ben was doing spin loops in the shallows right next to us.

What a way to end a holiday, I'll definitely go back as this has done more for my windsurfing than any other 2 week period before.
